Cardio lovers (or haters, who want to improve!) -- come work your engine on the rower and assault bike. Classes seek to develop not only your aerobic capacity through longer duration work, but also power production with interval sprint work. We hone our technique as well, be it your row stroke or running stride.
Classes meet on Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:00pm, and Saturday mornings from 10:00-11:00am.
