Our group classes are the heart of CrossFit. People of all athletic abilities, ages, and backgrounds complete a WOD ("Workout of the Day"), which may be scaled up or down for each individual. This class is designed for both beginners to CrossFit and seasoned athletes.
Every class is led by one or more coaches, and includes skill work and progressions for the movements in the workout. Throughout the class, your coaches will continue to provide instruction and encouragement to everyone in the class.
Our programming consists of a warmup, a strength or skill section, a cardio section, and a cool down. You can check out each day's programming on our Workout of the Day page.
